Shipping

Order Fulfillment 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays) and are typically shipped within 24 to 72 hours depending on stock availability. If for any reason an order will take longer to ship than 72 hours we will contact you via email and provide an estimated ship date (this is sometimes a result of order volume and batch availability). If you'd like to receive an estimated ship date prior to placing your order please email thebittersgay@gmail.com with a list of items you'd like to purchase and we can update you within 24 hours or less of when the items will be ready to ship. 

US 48 Shipping

We offer options for USPS 1-3 Day (not guaranteed) and FedEx Ground on all standard orders. 2nd Day Air service is also available. 

APO/FPO and US Territories 

APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS. US Territories will be shipped either FedEx ground or USPS depending on final destination. 

International Shipping

We ship Worldwide! Our preferred carrier to most destinations is DHL express. Average time in transit is 1 to 5 days (usually 3 business days) but can be upwards of 6 days for remote areas. You, the consignee will be responsible for any and all Duties, Taxes and Brokerage due upon delivery. The Bitters Gay will not accept an abandoned return package for refusal by you to pay these fees. We will not refund orders that are refused due to any Duties, Taxes and/or Brokerage fees assessed by Customs or the Carrier.
